Tiki Kon 2020 was cancelled due to the global pandemic, including all listed performances, shows, presentations, and the vending hall. The decision was made in May, and guests were offered the option to keep their passes for 2021 or request a full refund. The 2021 event was again canceled, and passes were held over until 2022. In spite of the 2022 cancellation, the Eye of the Tiki mugs by VanTiki were still produced and sold online, and posters were available digitally and through a print-on-demand service.
