Tiki Kon wouldn't be possible without the generosity and dedication of our volunteers. We are seeking assistance with a wide variety of positions and tasks, such as ushers/door staff, guest registration, merchandise sales, decor production, hospitality, and more. It's a fun way to see Tiki Kon from a new angle and make new friends.
In addition to helping create the best guest experience of any Tiki weekender in the country, volunteers get invited to pre-event meetups and a post-event volunteer appreciation party. They can also earn admission to our shows and a special edition cast member T-shirt that is only available to staff and volunteers.
In addition to enjoying whichever show or presentation they volunteer for, volunteers earn the following premiums for their service:
- All volunteers - invitation to pre-event meetups and post-event volunteer appreciation party
- 4+ hours - admission to the Friday or Saturday night show
- 8+ hours - discounts on remaining Tiki Kon merchandise (available at the volunteer appreciation party)
- 12+ hours - exclusive STAFF MEMBER t-shirt with graphics not on the standard shirts (available after Tiki Kon)
