Online purchases prior to Tiki Kon (June 30) were intended for in-person pickup only, per the terms and conditions agreed upon at time of purchase.
There is no service charge for online purchases. But bear in mind that we run this business from the kitchen table and handle all the order processing ourselves. If you have issues with an order, please give us at least 24 hours to respond to messages and attempt to correct the situation.
Checkout and payment are handled using PayPal. You may check out using your PayPal account or as a guest using a major credit card.
All sales are final. We do not take returns on merchandise. Damaged items will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
